1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation applies at the end of your current billing period.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues that prevent access to the Service
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact sales@koshsi.com and include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief explanation of the issue
4. Abuse Prevention
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be refused in cases of abuse or repeated refund requests.
